How do I book an appointment?

How quickly can you attend?

When will I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued the same day and emailed to you, typically within 24 hours of the inspection.

Can you arrange access with my tenant?

Yes. With your permission we'll liaise directly with your tenant to arrange a convenient time, so you don't have to be involved in the logistics.

Are your prices really all-inclusive?

Yes. Every price includes VAT with no hidden call-out charges. The figure you're quoted is the figure you pay.

How can I pay?

We accept bank transfer (BACS) and credit / debit card via Stripe, which can be taken securely over the phone.

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?

Yes. Estate agents, housing associations and trade customers receive 5% off, plus dedicated account management and priority scheduling for 10+ jobs a month.

Are renewal certificates cheaper?

Renewal certificates may be discounted back towards the original rate. Just let us know it's a renewal when you book.

Are your engineers accredited?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered, NICEIC / NAPIT certified and accredited domestic energy assessors, and all work is backed by a 12-month guarantee.

How often do I need each certificate?

Accepted Answer

Gas Safety (CP12) is annual; EICR is every 5 years (every 3 for many HMOs); EPC lasts 10 years; fire risk assessments and alarm/emergency-lighting checks should be reviewed regularly, and annually for HMOs.

Do you cover HMOs and blocks of flats?

Yes. We regularly certify HMOs, communal areas and blocks, and can coordinate access across multiple units in a single visit.

Do you handle commercial premises?

We do — commercial EICR, gas, fire risk assessments and emergency lighting, with out-of-hours visits and dedicated account management.

Yes. We regularly work in M25 corridor towns such as Watford, Brentwood, Dartford, Epsom, Sevenoaks and Slough, at the same all-inclusive prices as inside London.

Is there a call-out charge for properties further from central London?

Accepted Answer

No hidden call-out charges anywhere we cover. Where parking or the Congestion Charge genuinely applies, the (small) cost is shown up front before you book.
