A Gas Safe registered engineer will inspect every gas appliance, flue, and pipework in your property. This includes:

Combine with other services. Adding a boiler service to your CP12 visit is cost-effective — the engineer is already on site, and you save versus booking separately.

Hidden fees to watch out for. Some providers quote a low headline price but add "call-out fees" (£25–50), "parking charges" (often inflated), or administration fees for issuing certificates.
